●This is a "delivery maintenance" service in which if there is a problem with the product during the NAS maintenance service, you will be contacted by a toll-free dedicated contact point and a replacement will be delivered on the next business day at the earliest. Please purchase if you want to extend the period of the subscribed maintenance pack. It is for the 6th and 7th years and can be extended for 1 year. ●If there is a problem with the product, please contact the dedicated toll-free service, and we will deliver a replacement product on the next business day at the earliest. You can choose between sending a replacement product for the defective product/arranging the delivery service for the defective product, arranging the delivery service for the defective product, and returning it to the customer after inspection and repair (sendback service). ●Ownership of the replaced HDD will belong to IO.
