Shipping policy

Asunite Technology Online Store (store.asunite.net) is operated by Asunite Technology Co., Ltd., 1105, 1-17-11 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo 170-0013, Japan. All orders ship from our office in Tokyo.

1. Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, email us and we will quote shipping. We ship to physical addresses only (no P.O. boxes).

2. Carrier and delivery time

  • Carrier: FedEx International Priority (tracked, with English shipping documents). For some destinations or large items we may use another tracked courier after confirming with you.
  • Handling time: in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Back-order items ship within the lead time shown on the product page.
  • Transit time: usually 2–5 business days after shipment to most of Asia, North America, Europe and Oceania.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. For large or multiple items, we can quote shipping in advance.

4. Import duties and taxes

Prices do not include import duties, VAT/GST or customs brokerage fees in your country. International orders are shipped DAP (Incoterms 2020): the buyer is the importer of record and pays these charges to the carrier or customs on delivery. We declare every shipment accurately (description, value, HS code, country of origin: Japan). See Shipping, Import Duties & Taxes for details.

5. Refused shipments

If a parcel is refused because of duties or taxes, the outbound and return shipping costs and any charges billed to us by the carrier are deducted from the refund.

6. Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
