1. About us

2. Products
We sell genuine, new products made for the Japanese domestic market, sourced from established distributors and suppliers in Japan. Unless the product page says otherwise, manuals, labels and software are in Japanese, and products are rated for Japanese electrical standards (100V, 50/60Hz). Voltage, plug and compatibility information is provided on each product page. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that an item is suitable for their equipment and country, and we are happy to check compatibility before you order. Product images may be representative.
3. Brands and trademarks
Brand names such as OMRON, Mitsubishi Electric and CONTEC belong to their respective owners. Unless stated otherwise, Asunite Technology Co., Ltd. is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are set in Japanese yen (JPY). Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates for convenience; your card issuer's exchange rate applies. Prices do not include import duties or taxes in your country (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is due at checkout. We may cancel and fully refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, by stock that is not available from the manufacturer, or by suspected fraud.
5. Orders and export compliance
An order is accepted when we ship it or confirm it by email. Products may be subject to Japanese export control laws (the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act). We may refuse or cancel orders where export is not permitted, and buyers must not re-export products in violation of applicable laws.
6. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as provided in Japan, and we will help with warranty claims.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including production downtime. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
